Hachette Filipacchi is the worldwide publishing house stretching from France, to the UK and America but originally known as CBS Publications. Forming in 1972 as CBS Publications, it is widely known by a lot of people and is the world’s largest magazine publisher. The successor being called Hearst magazines, they publish 24 magazines in the UK only, including ‘ELLE’; ‘Men’s Health’; ‘Inside Soap’ and many others. They own a diverse range of magazines but the majority of them are women's magazines.
Hachette Filipacchi's country of origin is in the United States, publishing books as well as magazines. In 2011, Hearst magazines acquired Hachette Filipacchi's U.S. magazines along with the majority of their International magazines.
Hearst magazines UK was established in 1910 by William Randolph Hearst becoming one of the diversified media companies. Hearst magazine produce 24 UK consumer titles in the UK in the form of a diverse range.
